Internet connections

Help with PocketPilot: Anywhere

Anywhere is included for every Premium user with PocketPilot 1.4.0 or later. Activate Premium, select Anywhere in Overview, and enable it. No registration file or approval from PocketPilot is needed; you still approve each phone on your own PC.

Start with the Anywhere setup guide. For connection issues, tell us the app version, phone browser, whether you are using local Wi-Fi or Anywhere, and the displayed status or error code. Keep the PC awake, online and running PocketPilot. Do not open router ports or disable your firewall.

Never attach QR links, pairing codes, private keys or a full license key. For access issues or relay-data deletion, use the private form below. Ordinary support and refunds remain available under the Premium terms.

Online request

Tell us what happened

Submit support, refund, withdrawal, licensing, privacy, or referral-link deletion requests here. The online form requires the PayPal order or transaction reference for refund and withdrawal requests, together with the payer's reply email, so the purchase can be located.

Referral-link deletion requests must be sent from the same browser that manages the approved or deactivated link. The website matches it through the secure receipt cookie; never paste a referral ID or cookie into the form.

Your case is stored encrypted, reviewed in the authenticated owner dashboard, and answered with a branded PocketPilot email.

Keep private information out of this form.Never send card details, passwords, a Windows PIN, or a complete Premium license key.

Refund procedure

Reviewed against the original transaction

Requests are reviewed under the PocketPilot Premium terms and applicable mandatory consumer law. Submitting a request does not automatically refund a payment or deactivate a license. The seller first verifies the purchase and its payment status.

When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original PayPal transaction. Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes can end Premium activation or renewal. Mandatory rights for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

Immediate digital deliveryIf you expressly requested delivery before the ordinary withdrawal period ended and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right when delivery began, the ordinary withdrawal right may no longer apply. This does not remove mandatory remedies for faulty digital content.

Use the Discord community for general setup and troubleshooting only. Do not publish payment information, credentials, license keys, pairing codes, or personal information there.
