Section 1
Ownership
PocketPilot is licensed, not sold. Christian Tchobansky retains all right, title, and interest in the original software, user interface, documentation, and other authored materials, including their copyrights and other intellectual-property rights.
Third-party materials are excluded and remain governed by their respective licenses.
Section 2
Personal-use permission
A lawful recipient may install and use unmodified copies of PocketPilot on personally controlled devices for private, non-commercial purposes. A reasonable number of backup copies may be made solely for that use.
Section 3
Restrictions
Without prior written permission from Christian Tchobansky, you may not:
- sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute PocketPilot;
- use PocketPilot or any part of it for a commercial service or product;
- remove, conceal, or alter copyright, attribution, or license notices;
- copy or adapt the software except as expressly permitted; or
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.
No trademark rights or rights to the PocketPilot name or branding are granted.
Section 4
Third-party materials
Open-source libraries and other third-party components bundled with or used by PocketPilot are not relicensed under this license. Their own license terms and attribution requirements continue to apply.
Section 5
Termination
This license terminates automatically after a material violation. On termination, use must stop and all copies must be deleted, except copies that applicable law requires the recipient to retain.
