Discord is a public community channel. Never post pairing codes, private network
addresses, Anywhere QR links or registration files, Windows passwords or PINs, full Premium license keys, payment
details, email addresses, or screenshots containing personal information.
Use the private website form for payments, refunds, licensing, withdrawal,
privacy requests, referral-link deletion, or anything containing personal
information.

POCKETPILOT: ANYWHERE HELP

Anywhere is included for every Premium user with PocketPilot 1.4.0 or later.
Activate Premium, select Anywhere in Overview, and enable it. No registration
file or approval from PocketPilot is needed. Approve each phone on your own PC.

For connection help, share the app version, phone browser, connection mode,
and displayed status/error code. Keep the PC awake, online and running PocketPilot.
Do not open router ports or disable the firewall. Never send registration files,
QR links, pairing codes, private keys or a full license key. Use the private
form for access issues or relay-data deletion.

Private requests are stored encrypted and reviewed through the authenticated
PocketPilot owner dashboard. The receiving inbox gets a case notification with
the reference and a private dashboard link. An owner-written reply is delivered
as a branded PocketPilot email through Resend.

The online form requires the PayPal order or transaction reference and the
payer's reply email for refund and withdrawal requests so the purchase can be
located. Never send card details, passwords, a Windows PIN, or a complete
Premium license key. Keep the request reference supplied after submission.

A referral-link deletion request must be sent from the same browser that
manages the approved or deactivated link. The website matches the link through
its secure receipt cookie. Never paste a referral ID or cookie into the form.

Requests are reviewed under the PocketPilot Premium terms and applicable
mandatory consumer law. Submitting a request does not automatically refund a
payment or deactivate a license. When a refund is approved, it is returned
through the original PayPal transaction. Refunds, reversals, and payment
disputes can end Premium activation or renewal. Mandatory rights for faulty,
unavailable, or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

If the buyer expressly requested immediate digital delivery and acknowledged
losing the withdrawal right when delivery began, the ordinary withdrawal right
may no longer apply. This does not remove mandatory remedies for faulty digital
content.
